In Her Own Words: The Value of Volunteer Training
Mollie Hicks, Volunteer Engagement Specialist

As part of the Girls Inc. volunteer team, I am always trying to think of new ways to recruit volunteers. One thing I thought would be helpful is to show potential volunteers how much training and support Girls Inc. offers. Please take a few minutes to watch our newest video “Why Volunteer Training Is Important.” A handful of our dedicated volunteers took time out of their day to talk with us about how training helped them lead their Girls Inc. program.

If you think that you would be interested in going through training and leading a six-week program, please fill out a volunteer form. Or, if you have already applied but haven’t signed up for training, contact us at 317-522-2608.
